Which size should I select?
It is recommended to order one size larger than usual. We also invite you to check the size chart.
How long will it take to get my orders?
All orders are dispatched from our warehouses within 24 to 48 hours after order receipt. Processed orders will take 3 to 4 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
What is your refund policy?
Our goal is your satisfaction. Our standard return policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Perishable items, such as gift cards, cannot be returned.
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you haven't received your refund within 2 weeks, please contact us at info@aztecaretro.com.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Please send us pictures of the item showing the visible defect.
Returns (if applicable):
To return your product, you must contact us at info@aztecaretro.com.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If requested, we may (possibly) provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and deduct the cost from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Can I cancel my order?
You have the option to cancel your order within 24 hours of validation. To do so, simply send us an email at info@aztecaretro.com, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
